Halls, houses and home again
Every September and every June the same thing happens: hundreds of students need to move a bed's worth of belongings a few miles, and every parent's car is suddenly too small. We fill that gap. One van, one trip, a driver who'll help carry, and a price that beats hiring a van and paying the young-driver excess.
We cover the University of Bradford and Bradford College accommodation, the big student areas of Leeds, Headingley, Hyde Park, Woodhouse and Burley, and the University of Huddersfield and its surrounding lets in Huddersfield. Moves between those three cities are our bread and butter.

Sharing is worth a mention: if two or three of you are moving from the same house to nearby addresses, we can load everyone's things at once and drop them off in turn. Splitting one bill three ways is usually the cheapest way to move a student room in West Yorkshire.
Long-distance student moves
Going home for the summer or graduating and moving away? We do long distance runs nationwide when booked in advance. It's often cheaper than you'd expect compared with courier boxes, especially when you have a bike, a desk chair and a guitar that no parcel firm wants to touch.

Send us a WhatsApp with what you've got, a quick photo of the room is perfect, plus the two postcodes and the date. We'll reply with a price. No forms, no survey, no deposit for standard local jobs. Parents are welcome to book and pay on a student's behalf; just tell us who'll be at each end.

How much does a student move cost?
It depends on distance and how much you have, but a local student room move is one of the cheapest jobs we do. Send a photo of your things and both postcodes on WhatsApp for a quick, fixed price.
Can I ride in the van?
Yes, there's a passenger seat. Most students come along so they can let us into the new place.
Do you do moves at the end of term when everyone's leaving at once?
We do, but late June and mid-September book up fast. Get in touch as soon as you know your dates.
Can my housemates share the van?
Absolutely. If you're all moving locally on the same day we'll load everything together and drop off in turn, it's the cheapest way to do it.
I've got a bike and a mattress, is that a problem?
Not at all. Bikes, mattresses, desk chairs and mini fridges are all standard. The van has 1.7m of headroom so mattresses go in on their side without folding.
