Appliances moved properly
Every appliance has rules. Fridges and freezers should travel upright and be left to settle before switching on. Washing machines need their drum secured or transit bolts fitted. Range cookers weigh as much as two people and need a proper trolley, not a strong back. We know all of this and bring the kit, appliance trolley, straps, blankets and floor protection, so your new machine arrives in the same condition it left the shop.
Collection can be from any retailer, a private seller or your old house. Delivery is into the kitchen or utility room and, where access allows, into the gap it's going to live in.
Old appliance removal
Most people replacing an appliance also need the old one gone. We'll disconnect it if it's been isolated (water off, plug out, we don't do gas), carry it out and take it away on the same trip. Old appliances are taken to a household waste recycling centre, never fly-tipped. It's usually quicker and cheaper than waiting for a council bulky collection, and you don't have to drag a washing machine to the kerb yourself.

We deliver appliances across Bradford district daily and regularly run to Keighley, Halifax, Dewsbury and Leeds. Collection in one town and delivery to another, say a fridge from a seller in Leeds to your flat in Shipley, is priced on the total distance, and we'll give you the figure before we set off.
Landlords and letting agents
Managing several properties? We can collect a replacement appliance from your supplier, fit it in the gap, remove the faulty unit and send you a photo when it's done, without you needing to be there. Ask about setting up an account so you can book by WhatsApp whenever a tenant reports a broken washer.
Frequently asked questions: appliance delivery & removal
Do you connect washing machines and cookers?
We'll position the appliance and can reconnect a washing machine's cold feed and waste hose if the fittings are standard. We don't connect gas appliances, that must be done by a Gas Safe engineer.
Can a fridge freezer be transported lying down?
It shouldn't be, and ours never are. Fridges and freezers travel upright and strapped, then we advise leaving them to stand for a few hours before switching on.
Will you take my old washing machine away?
Yes. Let us know when booking and we'll remove it on the same visit and take it to a household waste recycling centre.
Can you get an American fridge freezer through my door?
Usually, most doors are wide enough once the fridge doors are removed, which we can do. Send us the fridge's dimensions and a photo of the doorway and we'll confirm before the day.
Do you deliver appliances bought on Facebook Marketplace?
All the time. See our marketplace collection page, we'll coordinate with the seller, check it over on collection, and bring it to you.
