A parcel network moves your item by taking it to a hub, sorting it overnight and sending it back out on a round the following day. Do you offer same-day courier delivery?

Yes, depending on where the van already is that day. When the diary allows, a Bradford to Leeds, Halifax or Keighley run booked in the morning can be collected later that day. If the day is already committed to a long run down the M1, you are told that on the phone straight away rather than left waiting on a maybe.

What can you deliver as a courier?

Documents and small parcels at one end, and at the other the things a parcel network turns away: unboxed items, anything too long for a conveyor, glass, machine and vehicle parts, a pallet's worth of stock unloaded by hand at the tailgate. Nothing hazardous, nothing live, and nothing needing a refrigerated body.

Do you deliver for businesses as well as individuals?

Both, and from the driver's seat they are the same job. Trade counter orders go out to site, stock moves between a warehouse and a shop, and household one-offs go door to door. How much does your courier service cost?

What drives it is the distance, the size of the item and how soon it has to be there, because a dedicated run means the van is doing your job and nothing else while it does it. Send both postcodes and the deadline, and the price is fixed before we set off, with no fuel surcharge appearing afterwards.

Do you provide proof of delivery or tracking?

There is no tracking portal, because there is no depot to scan it through: it is one van on a direct run from your address to theirs. If it is going to a goods-in desk, or someone has to sign for it, give us the recipient's name and any order number or reference when you book.
