The Browgate climb and a barrow run over high kerbs

A loaded van on a gradient behaves differently, and that matters more with white goods than with anything else you can put in the back. A washing machine is 70-odd kilos of concrete ballast in a smooth box with nothing to grip, so it gets strapped to the van wall for the climb up Baildon Road instead of being wedged between softer things. Do you charge extra for coming up the hill?
