Rufford Park: what to know before moving day
The Rufford streets form the core: Rufford Avenue, Bank, Close, Crescent, Drive, Gardens, Ridge and Rise, with Rufford Park Primary School on the western side and a crown green bowls club in the middle. East of them are the Ackworth streets, Ackworth Avenue, Crescent and Drive, with Aire View and Aire Grove, and the Grange streets and Bolton Road run to the north towards Windmill Lane.
To the south are the Benton Park streets and the Greenacre Park closes, with Benton Park School, the local secondary, beyond them. The Ackworth end is the nearest part to Harrogate Road, which carries the A658 on past Leeds Bradford Airport, where the road runs through a tunnel under the main runway.

The A658 is the main road in, arriving from Bradford through Apperley Bridge and Rawdon as Green Lane on the south-west side and continuing as Harrogate Road along the eastern side, roughly 20 to 30 minutes from the city. Bolton Road and Windmill Lane lead into the estate from the town side.
