Cross Roads (Keighley): what to know before moving day
At the junction itself is the Cross Roads Inn, said to have been a haunt of Branwell Bronte, with Cross Roads Park beside it. Many homes are on short streets off Bingley Road and Halifax Road, such as Lorne Street, Albert Street, Cecil Street and Gordon Street, with Canberra Drive and Canberra Close nearby. OpenStreetMap shows part of Bingley Road as one-way, so a driver may need to come round to reach some doors. In an older stone house, the front door and the first turn of the stairs are what to measure.
How the van gets to Cross Roads (Keighley)
From Bradford the B6144 runs out through Cullingworth, and the route data then turns on to the A629 Halifax Road for the last stretch into Cross Roads.
