Appleton Roebuck: what to know before moving day
Much of the village has been a conservation area since February 2000, made up mostly of 18th- and 19th-century buildings. How the van gets to Appleton Roebuck
The A64 between Leeds and York passes about 2 miles to the north-west. From Bradford the van heads out through Leeds onto the A64, past Tadcaster, and leaves it at the Colton Lane and Bilbrough Top junction. Colton Lane then runs south through Colton parish and past Holme Green into the village. The East Coast Main Line runs just to the west of the houses.
