How the van gets to Owlet
Gaisby Lane is the main way in. It runs from Canal Road, the A6037, up to Wrose Road, with Festival Avenue and the Poplar streets branching off it. From Shipley and Windhill, Owlet Road runs south from Crag Road into the district; OpenStreetMap shows speed cushions on it, so a loaded van takes it slowly.
