How the van gets to Kettlethorpe
Standbridge Lane runs east to join the A6186, and Hendal Lane runs south to Church Lane and Chapelthorpe. The A61 Barnsley Road, between Wakefield and Barnsley, passes the eastern side of the suburb. From Bradford, the M606 and the M62 east lead to the M1 and junction 39 at Durkar. Hollin Lane climbs from the A636 to High Street in Crigglestone, and Bull Lane runs east from there to Standbridge Lane.
