Eastbrook: what to know before moving day
The cathedral is the fixed point. The Cathedral Church of St Peter stands on a site used for worship since the 7th century, became a cathedral in 1919 and is Grade I listed. Cathedral Close, a short residential street, runs beside its grounds, and Stott Hill runs close by. Clergy House on Barkerend Road, a Grade II listed building, is mapped as flats.
Eastbrook Hall on Leeds Road was built in 1903 as a Methodist mission. After a fire it was rebuilt inside as 63 apartments with commercial space on the Leeds Road side, a project completed in 2008. Wikipedia treats the hall as part of Little Germany, so an address there can be described either way: give the building name and the street.
West of the cathedral a lot of the centre is closed to traffic. OpenStreetMap marks Petergate Mall, Eastbrook Mall, Broadway and Market Street as pedestrian, so a flat reached from one of them has to be loaded from the nearest open street, such as Well Street, Jermyn Street or Bolton Road. Say which entrance you use when you book, and how far it is from the kerb.
How the van gets to Eastbrook
Church Bank is the road to know: it connects Well Street, Vicar Lane and Peckover Street with Stott Hill, Bolton Road and Barkerend Road right beside the cathedral. Bolton Road and Canal Road head north from this corner, and Barkerend Road meets the A650 Shipley Airedale Road. For Eastbrook Hall, the A647 Leeds Road is the direct approach from the east.

How near is Forster Square station to Eastbrook?
About a third of a kilometre from the cathedral corner on the map. Bradford Forster Square has Northern trains on the Airedale and Wharfedale lines and to Leeds, and LNER trains to London King's Cross. Bradford Interchange is about ten minutes' walk from Forster Square.
