Our flat is above a shop. Is that a problem?
Not in itself; the stair is what matters. Tell us the width and whether it turns, and mention if the shop needs the entrance kept clear during trading hours, so we can start before it opens.
Can you park in the block's car park?
Only if it has no height barrier. The van is about 2.5m tall and does not fit under a barrier of around 2.1m, so a gated underground car park is out. We will find the nearest spot on the street instead.
Do you reassemble the bed at the new flat?
Yes. Beds and existing wardrobes are taken apart where needed and put back together at the new address. New flat-pack still in the box is not something we build.
